• Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed

• For products containing specialty materials, prices may be adjusted based on market fluctuations until final payment is received

Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust pricing on pending orders in cases of:

• Extraordinary increases in specialty material costs or tariffs

• Currency exchange variations affecting imported materials

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website.

While we strive to represent our pieces accurately, the unique nature of screens may result in slight variations in color and appearance. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.

Allocation Procedures: For limited edition or high-demand items, Boho Style Tribe  reserves the right to allocate products at our discretion. Allocation decisions are final and may consider factors including client history and relationship.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We stand behind the quality of our products. Returns are accepted only for: (a) Manufacturing defects identified within 14 days of delivery (b) Items that do not match the product description or specifications (c) Incorrect items shipped due to our error

All returns must be in original condition with tags attached. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective. To initiate a return, contact bohostyletribe@gmail.com with your order number and detailed description of the issue, including photos or video.

We reserve the right to inspect returned items and may refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within the United States and internationally. 

PAYMENT TERMS

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

Payment Requirements:

• Orders under $5,000: Full payment required at time of order

Payment is processed immediately upon order placement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud. In case of payment failure, your order may be cancelled. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution. All prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

QUALITY STANDARDS

Boho Style Tribe maintains the highest standards of craftsmanship. Each piece undergoes rigorous quality control before shipment. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, minor variations in handcrafted elements are inherent to the luxury production process and are not considered defects.

FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or supplier failures. In such events, performance shall be suspended until circumstances permit, and we will notify you of any significant delays.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on this Website, including but not limited to designs, drawings, patterns, color combinations, techniques, photographs, graphics, logos, trade dress, and text (collectively, "Intellectual Property"), is the exclusive property of Boho Style Tribe and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Uses: You expressly agree not to:

• Reproduce, copy, or create derivative works from any of our designs

• Reverse engineer, deconstruct, or analyze our products for reproduction purposes

• Commission third parties to create copies or "inspired by" versions of our designs

• Use our intellectual property for any commercial purpose

• Photograph our products for commercial use without written permission

Client Photography: Personal, non-commercial photography of purchased items is permitted for private use and social media sharing, provided that:

• Boho Style Tribe is tagged or credited when shared publicly

• Images are not used to facilitate copying or reproduction

• Images are not used for commercial purposes without written agreement

ANTI-COUNTERFEITING AND BRAND PROTECTION

If you become aware of counterfeit or unauthorized reproductions of Boho Style Tribe products, please report immediately to bohostyletribe@gmail.com with detailed information including images and source location. We actively pursue legal action against counterfeiters and unauthorized manufacturers.

Any person found to be manufacturing, selling, or facilitating the sale of counterfeit products will be subject to immediate legal action and may be liable for damages, attorney fees, and other remedies available under law.

AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE AND LIMITED WARRANTY

Limited Warranty: Boho Style Tribe provides a limited warranty for manufacturing defects only:

• Warranty Period: 30 days from date of delivery

• Coverage: Manufacturing defects in craftsmanship only

• Exclusions:

• Normal wear and tear

• Stains

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or alterations

• Natural characteristics of materials (e.g., patina development)

• Exotic materials and their natural variations

• Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions

Warranty Claims:

• Must be reported within 14 days of discovery

• Require proof of purchase and product inspection

• Product must be returned in original packaging

• Determination of warranty coverage is at our sole discretion

Care Requirements: Warranty coverage is contingent upon following provided care instructions. Failure to properly maintain products according to our guidelines voids warranty coverage.

TERMS OF SALE

The Website is intended for customers looking to purchase products for personal use. Purchasing products on the Website intended for commercial resale is strictly prohibited. When you purchase a product on the Website, you represent and warrant that you are purchasing the product for personal and not commercial purposes and that you do not intend to resell, directly or indirectly, Boho Style Tribe products for commercial purposes. SANCTIONS COMPLIANCE

The Clearly Collective complies with all applicable U.S. sanctions and export control laws. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction that may violate these regulations.
